Dominion International is a new covenant, apostolic network family.
We are multi-cultural in ethnicity, inter-denominational in experience and expression, and multi-generational in demography. We seek to present Christ as the only mediator between God and man, demonstrate the Kingdom of God in power, and seek truth from the scriptures. We are Ambassadors of the grace of God, Emissaries of His goodness, and seek to present it all in the highest ethic of love.
FOUNDER
Dr. Ray Vinson
Dr. Vinson is the Founder/President and a Senior Fellow of The Center for Transformational Development, the Chancellor of The Institute for Biblical Leadership, and presiding Bishop of Dominion Intl. Network of Ministries and Churches.
After twenty plus years of pastoral ministry, Dr. Vinson left the pastorate to heal and train leaders. From 2001 to the present, Ray has been providing opportunities for church leaders to come together for training, support, healing and understanding.
Ray is a motivational speaker, bible teacher, counselor and Formation Coach. He has the distinct honor and privilege of counseling and coaching leaders of some of the most prominent churches in America and mentors individuals who coach successful companies in the marketplace.

Melissa Vinson
Melissa is a wife, mother, grandmother and an encourager to women! She is the Founder/President of Christian Business Women's Network of America, Daughters of the King International, and a Senior Fellow of The Center for Transformational Development.
She is the host of the annual "Encouraging Women Conference" and works alongside her husband Ray, as an integral part of their ministry together.
Melissa is a motivational speaker, blogger, Licensed Formation Therapist, Formation Coach and mentor to women of all walks of life. Her motto for life is: "Praise Him, No Matter What!"
Mrs. Vinson is a strength and inspiration to female leadership!
